Introductory calls

Introductory calls are free. There is nothing to refund.

Programmes

If you join a programme and change your mind, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase in which you may cancel for a full refund, provided you have not accessed a substantial portion of the programme materials or attended live sessions. Where materials have been substantially accessed or services already delivered within that period, a proportionate deduction may apply, as permitted by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

After the cooling-off period, programme fees are non-refundable except where required by law, because places are limited and materials are released on joining.

Advisory engagements

Advisory engagements are governed by the engagement letter agreed before work begins. That letter sets out the fees, the scope, and the cancellation terms for the engagement, and it takes precedence over this page.

How to request a refund

Write to office@immanuelezekiel.com with your name, the programme or service, and the date of purchase. Refunds are made to the original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 14 days.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
