What we collect

When you complete a form on this site — the six questions, the Portfolio Pressure Test, the newsletter signup or a programme enquiry — we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, telephone number and the answers you give about your circumstances.

We also collect standard technical information when you browse: pages visited, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to arrange introductory calls you have requested, to deliver programmes you have joined, and — only where you have consented — to send occasional emails about structure, tax and capital. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Lawful bases

We rely on: consent (marketing emails and non-essential cookies), contract or steps towards a contract (responding to enquiries and delivering programmes), and legitimate interests (understanding how the site is used and keeping it secure).

Who we share it with

Your data is processed by the service providers that run this site and our client systems (website hosting, forms and email). We do not sell your personal data. Where advisory work involves independent regulated professionals, your details are shared with them only with your knowledge and only as needed for that work.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for six years afterwards, to meet legal and accounting requirements.

Your rights
