How I help
One framework. Three ways in.
Every engagement runs the same four pillars — Make, Manage, Multiply, Mastermind — in that order. What changes is whether I build the structure with you, or teach you to build it yourself. The result either way is the three freedoms.
External Financial Director
“My numbers tell me what happened. Nobody tells me what to do next.”
For owners who want the structure built with them, not explained to them.
A senior read of your whole position, every month, with clear direction on what to do next. I sit across the business and the portfolio as one picture — entities, lending, extraction, succession — and coordinate the professionals who each see only their own slice.

Business & Property Consultant
“There is a specific problem, and it is costing me money right now.”
For owners with a specific, expensive problem that needs solving now.
One defined problem, taken apart and rebuilt properly. A refinancing wall, a profit extraction problem, a succession question, a structure that no longer fits what it holds.

B1 Of Us Community
“I want to be in the room where this is normal.”
For owners who want to build it themselves, in the right room.
A private circle of owners building the same way. The teaching, the standards and the company to match — people for whom structure, capital and the three freedoms are the normal conversation.

The shape of the work
What actually happens
Advisory work is easy to describe vaguely and hard to describe honestly. Here is the shape of it.
Week one
I read your numbers the way an owner reads them, not the way an accountant files them. Ten figures, one conversation. Most owners have never seen their whole position on a single page.
Weeks two to four
I tell you what is wrong, in order of what it is costing you. Usually three things. Usually one you already suspected and nobody had confirmed.
Month two onwards
We build it. Entities, lending, profit extraction, succession — whatever the structure needs. Where the law requires a regulated firm, I bring one in and manage the work.
Ongoing
Somebody senior reads your numbers every month and tells you what to do next, rather than what already happened.
Working with regulated firms
I design the structure. The regulated pieces are carried out by regulated firms. Over thirty years I have built a working panel of solicitors, accountants, cross-border tax specialists, authorised financial advisers and brokers. Where a piece of work needs an authorised person, I tell you and one is engaged to do it. You keep your own advisers if you want to.
The first step is six questions. I read every one and reply either way.
