Wealth beyond borders

You’ve Built Something Real

The business works. The portfolio performs. But the structure underneath was never designed. It accumulated.

I rebuild it. You keep more of your profit, capital comes out of where it is trapped, and your balance sheet stops depending on one lender, one government or one asset class.

The problem

Successful, and still stuck

You are not short of income. You are short of options. Three structural traps do most of the damage, and almost nobody names them out loud.

Trap 1

The tax trap

You earn well and you keep less every year. The structure you set up at £200,000 of income is still in place at £2 million, and it is now working against you.

Trap 2

The single-asset trap

Everything sits in one asset class. When that class is repriced by policy or by interest rates, your entire balance sheet moves at once.

Trap 3

The single-jurisdiction trap

Every asset, every account and every entity answers to one government. You have no alternative if the rules change, and the rules keep changing.

None of these is a knowledge problem. Each one is a structural problem, and structure can be redrawn.

The idea

Most people collect assets. Very few design them.

A company here. A property there. A pension because somebody suggested one at the time. Every decision made sense on the day it was made. Together they were never designed, so the whole thing carries far more weight than it should and gives you far less freedom than it could.

I call the alternative architecturally free. It means your money is arranged so that no single tax rule, lender, asset type or country can decide what happens to it. The structure takes the strain instead of you. It shows up as three freedoms. They arrive in this order, and you cannot skip one.

Freedom One

Money Freedom

You stop having to work.

Your investments produce enough recurring income to cover your whole basic lifestyle. The mortgage, the bills, the family, the lot. Work becomes something you choose to do rather than something you owe.

How it is built

Debt restructured, waste removed, and capital that has been sitting trapped released and put back to work in income-producing positions.

Nothing else is possible until this is in place.

Freedom Two

Time Freedom

You get your weeks back.

The structure runs without you holding it together. Decisions stop queueing on your desk, and the week belongs to you again.

How it is built

Entities, responsibilities and reporting arranged so the right people handle the right things, with one senior view over the whole.

Only possible once money no longer depends on your hours.

Freedom Three

Geographic Freedom

You choose where you live.

Home becomes a choice rather than an obligation. You can live where life is best, without the structure punishing you for it.

How it is built

Jurisdictions, residency and banking arranged so no single country holds all the levers over what you own.

Only worth having once the first two are secure.

Working together

Three ways I work with clients

Every engagement runs the same four pillars — Make, Manage, Multiply, Mastermind — in that order. What changes is whether I build the structure with you, or teach you to build it yourself. The result either way is the three freedoms.

External Financial Director

“My numbers tell me what happened. Nobody tells me what to do next.”

A senior read of your whole position, every month, with a clear instruction on what to do next. Structure built with you, alongside your existing advisers.

Scoped individually after a Portfolio Review.

Business & Property Consultant

“There is a specific problem, and it is costing me money right now.”

One defined problem, taken apart and rebuilt properly. Lending, extraction, succession, structure — whatever the situation actually needs.

Scoped individually after a Portfolio Review.

B1 Of Us Community

“I want to be in the room where this is normal.”

A private circle of owners building the same way, with the teaching, the standards and the company to match.

Fit

Who this is for

This is for you if

  • You own three or more rental properties, a business turning over more than £300,000, or both
  • Your annual tax bill is above £50,000 and nobody has offered you a structural answer
  • Most of what you own sits in one asset class, or in one country
  • You want the structure actually built, not just explained to you

This is not for you if

  • You are below those figures for now. Take the Pressure Test and come back when you are not.
  • You are looking for a guaranteed return, a tip, or a shortcut
  • You want somebody to take your money and manage it for you
  • You want the cheapest option rather than the right one

The work itself

What actually happens

Advisory work is easy to describe vaguely and hard to describe honestly. Here is the shape of it.

Week one

I read your numbers the way an owner reads them, not the way an accountant files them. Ten figures, one conversation. Most owners have never seen their whole position on a single page.

Weeks two to four

I tell you what is wrong, in order of what it is costing you. Usually three things. Usually one you already suspected and nobody had confirmed.

Month two onwards

We build it. Entities, lending, profit extraction, succession — whatever the structure needs. Where the law requires a regulated firm, I bring one in and manage the work.

Ongoing

Somebody senior reads your numbers every month and tells you what to do next, rather than what already happened.

Working with regulated firms

I design the structure. The regulated pieces are carried out by regulated firms. Over thirty years I have built a working panel of solicitors, accountants, cross-border tax specialists, authorised financial advisers and brokers. Where a piece of work needs an authorised person, I tell you and one is engaged to do it. You keep your own advisers if you want to.

If that sounds like the conversation you have been trying to have with somebody, this is where it starts.

About

Thirty years of taking structures apart

Left school at sixteen, building site, taught himself how money works. One of the largest UK mortgage consultancies — 50+ brokers, £11bn arranged. Then a financial management company, 40 staff, £7m turnover. Then property development, Project of the Year 2023. Over £400 million structured.

Some people call this financial engineering. In plain terms it means taking a business and a portfolio apart, working out where the money is leaking and where it is stuck, and rebuilding the legal structure underneath so that it stops happening.

Most business owners have four professionals and no coordination. Your accountant sees the filings. Your broker sees the lending. Your solicitor sees the documents. Your adviser sees the pension. Each of them is doing their job properly, and not one of them is looking at the whole thing. The only person who has ever seen all of it is you, and you are too busy running the business to sit down and look. That is the job I do.

You do not get a strategy document. You get the structure itself, put in place and operating.

The framework

Make. Manage. Multiply. Mastermind.

Four pillars, and the order matters. Until you have released the capital there is nothing to protect. Until it is protected there is nothing worth compounding. Mastermind is not the starting point. It is the room you earn your way into.

Make

Release what is trapped

Capital sitting idle in equity, in the business, in the wrong structure is found and put back to work.

Recent result: £700k released from a single trading company.

Manage

Protect what you keep

Entities, lending and tax arranged so the structure stops leaking and starts holding.

Recent result: £1.2M inheritance tax position resolved for one family.

Multiply

Compound what is protected

Only once capital is free and protected does it make sense to grow it — across assets and across borders.

Recent result: £3.5M restructured across a multi-site portfolio.

Mastermind

The room you earn

A private circle of owners who have done the work, building at the same level, holding each other to it.

Recent result: a member’s £200k position grown to £2.4M.

Questions

Asked before, answered plainly

Is this regulated financial advice?
No. I design structures; I do not give regulated advice. Where a piece of work needs an authorised person, a regulated firm is engaged to do it, and they are separately responsible for the advice they give.
Who else is involved in the work?
A panel of solicitors, accountants, cross-border tax specialists, authorised advisers and brokers built over thirty years. You keep your own advisers if you prefer.
Do I have to move abroad?
No. Geographic freedom means you can choose, not that you must. Many clients never leave the UK; they simply stop depending on it entirely.
I already have an accountant, why would I need you?
Your accountant sees the filings. Nobody is looking at the whole position — the lending, the entities, the extraction, the succession — as one picture. That is the job I do, alongside your accountant, not instead of them.
What does it cost?
The Portfolio Review is £997, credited against Make, Manage & Multiply if you join within 30 days. Ongoing work is scoped individually after the review. Nobody pays anything before an introductory call.
Why do I have to answer questions before I can book?
Two minutes of questions tells me whether I can actually help. I read every one and reply either way. If we are not a fit, I will say so and point you somewhere useful.
